Welcome to the 2025 Operations Excellence Safety Contest

Registration:

Registrations will be accepted starting September 7, 2020. The Registration link is found in the top right corner of the site.

Branded Resellers, Branded Sub-Resellers and all of their employees are eligible to participate. To register as a Participant, you need to fully complete the registration form on the web site; identifying your name, your own email, Branded Reseller’s business name, your Branch Location, your preferences if you win gold and a password. Participants must use a unique email address and cannot use the same email address as other Participants. You can only set up one account.

Make sure you complete all the fields so your registration is accepted. When you have finished filling out the form, click the "Register" button. Once you are registered, you can play the quizzes as they become available. Your registration also grants Imperial and / or its agents / partners, the right to use any likeness taken from a photograph and your name in any format, publication, public display and / or communication or advertising vehicle without claim to compensation or benefit.

Safety Quizzes:

You can access the Operations Excellence Safety Contest between September 14 and October 18, 2020 to play the safety quizzes. Once you are registered, you access the quizzes by logging in and navigating to the Take a Quiz page. For each of the 5 quizzes, participants will answer six randomly selected safety quiz questions. A new quiz is made available each Monday during the contest, with exception of the make-up week beginning October 19. Once you have started a quiz, you must complete the quiz during your session! You can navigate the quiz using the next or back buttons below the questions, but do not use the browser’s back button or you will lose your quiz data! Any quizzes missed are available until the end of the contest at 11:59PM ET October 25. Please review the Schedule page for more information on when quizzes are available.

You are able to view your completed quizzes and your available quizzes by logging in and going to the Take a Quiz page. Be sure you review this page to ensure you don’t miss any of the quizzes before the contest ends!

Be sure to always logoff when you are done taking your quiz, especially if you share a computer with others. The Logoff link is in the top right corner.

How do I qualify for an award?

To automatically qualify for the Gold Award, a participant must play all five weeks and score 100% on the safety quizzes. Following identification of the Gold winners, those participants scoring 95% to 99% and playing all five weeks will be entered into a random draw to select recipients of the Silver Award. Following identification of the Gold and Silver winners, participants playing all five weeks will be entered into a random draw to select recipients for the Bronze Award. Please note: The number of silver and bronze awards given is dependent on how many gold winners there are. To be eligible to win the Gold, Silver, or Bronze Awards, individuals must play all six weeks of the Contest.

The first quiz begins the week of September 14! Pre-register by September 7 and play each week to go after the valuable awards for being focused on safety.
